Self‑adhesive SBS modified rubberized asphalt membrane, for low-angled roofs (8-15 degrees) ( MADE IN USA )​

Details

Made from fiberglass, compressed into 1.4 mm thin sheets, with a mixture of raw asphalt and coated with a special solution on both sides. Provides durability, toughness, repels moisture, and waterproof.​

Properties

Used as a waterproofing material covering the bottom surface, it has high flexibility, durability and can be easily installed over any flat surfaces since it is self-adhesive.​

Uses

Clean the surface where the fiberglass sheet is to be installed. Place the sheets in to the desired position. Peel the sticker under the sheet so that the adhesive sheet touches the surface where the installation is made. After verifying the integrity of the installation, use a 35 kg steel roller to roll over 2-3 times to ensure that the cap sheet is installed according to the specified standards, and which can be applied to be a variety of waterproofing applications.

Oriented Strand Board (OSB)​​

Details

Our OSB is produced from scraping quality pine wood into small thin crescents, and compressed into multiple layers with the use of wax and resin for adhesion. It is does not warp easily making it highly resistant to moisture compared to conventional plywood.

Properties

Strong, highly durable throughout its lifespan. Resistant to all types of weather and can be used in both tropical and cold regions.

Uses

The most common uses are as wall sheathings, flooring, and roof decking. It is highly flexible and can easily bend to conform to any structure as required.

Eaves waterproof sheet (STARTER)​

Details

Produced from PVC coated with asphalt. It is tough, flexible, strong, and waterproof.​

Properties

To prevent water flowing back under the shingle roof.​

Uses

Installed over the water partition, in order to align the boundary before laying the shingle roof, by installing 2 cm beyond the partition.​

Felt Paper​​

Details

Is a waterproof paper that repels moisture, coated with a protective coating that does not accumulate moisture.​

Properties

To be used to cover surfaces that does not want to be exposed to water. It helps to ventilate moisture.​

Uses

To be used to cover the OSB plywood layer before installing a shingle roof. It requires a minimum slope of 15 degrees or more.​

Details

Uses

To be installed over the felt paper and eaves, to prevent rainwater from staining on the eave wood surface.​
